style Deli found on the main road of Paeroa. It is a unique concept of fresh
foods ready to take away and eat versus a sit down café. Chef and owner Rensha
Bouwer’s passion for fabulous foods, fresh, organic and raw ingredients, infuse
the gorgeous flavours that come from her kitchen, offering nutritious and
delicious foods and sweet treats.
Acknowledging Kiwi’s passion for the
pie, she has a range of magnificent handcrafted pies with fillings that are
made with only the best ingredients.
Rensha trained as a fine dining chef and
is inspired by European foods and she has a keen desire to share her knowledge
and products with her valued customers. So along with the selection of foods
that come fresh out of the kitchen, she stocks a range of outstanding imported
European products that will help make every aspiring home chef into a master
chef! But it is not all about Europe, New Zealand has a growing market of
incredible award winning artisanal food producers who she celebrates and
supports. Then there is CHEESE …. Providence delights in offering the Hauraki
Plains authentic imported cheeses from France, along with the wonderful cheeses
